Order All orders are considered complete only after the payment has been received by Vastquery Technologies LLP as confirmed by our Accounts Department.

To confirm the orders, Vastquery Technologies LLP may contact Customers who have placed orders through the Website and ask the Customer a verification question. Vastquery Technologies LLP will confirm the order only after the verification question is answered by the Customer.

Once the purchase of the item(s) is confirmed by the Customer, Vastquery Technologies LLP will arrange to pack and deliver the product to the Customer.

Product Availability

In view of timing differences, there is a possibility that the item ordered by the Customer might have been sold and might not be available in stock at that point of time.

In such an event, Vastquery Technologies LLP will call the Customer (if he/she has registered on the Website) and suggest an alternate product. In case the Customer chooses a different product, Vastquery Technologies LLP shall confirm the new order. If the cost of the new selection is more expensive than the previous one, the Customer shall have to pay the differential amount. If the cost of the new selection is less expensive than the previous one, Vastquery Technologies LLP shall refund the excess amount to the Customer in the manner specified below in this Terms of Use.
